People who go to health care centres are usually having some health issues or concerns, even though they may not be really sick or in a critical situation, the reason going to health care centres are usually not a happy one. Most people would not anticipate to be there. With that feeling, we would like to have the things done, whether it is to see a doctor or a physiotherapist or have blood checked or have Xray done, as soon as possible. The perception of wait time is much longer than in other premises like supermarket or amusement park. However, after 20 years of working as a frontline doctor, I always found that one of the top complaints from patients is the long waiting time in medical premises. We are here to reduce the onsite waiting time in medical premises.
Health care workers spend time to measure medical parameters/ vitals. This is part of the job. But taking care of patient face to face is also another important of job.
